Membership

The Spencerport Federal Credit Union’s purpose is to provide financial advice and offer a complete line of competitively priced financial products and services. Spencerport Federal Credit Union will continue to play a leadership role in the community(s) it serves by providing high quality, professional services in a friendly environment.

Effective January 11, 2006 Spencerport Federal Credit Union was granted a Community Charter. The following people are eligible to join the credit union:

• Those who live, work, worship, attend school, or are active community volunteers within the following Monroe County NY Towns: Ogden, Parma, Gates, Greece, Riga, Sweden, or Chili.
• Immediate family members of current Spencerport Federal Credit Union members. (Spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister).
• The spouse of someone who died while part of the Spencerport Federal Credit Union field of membership.

All new memberships are subject to verification through e-funds/Chex Systems.
