For questions or service related to an existing Federal Family Education Loan secured through Spencerport FCU, contact our chosen servicer, Great Lakes at 1-800-236-4300, or http://www.mygreatlakes.com.

Loan Protection Insurance

Life and disability insurance coverage is available at low cost to members when taking out a loan.  This insurance will make loan payments if a member is sick or otherwise disabled. In order to keep costs at a minimum, this coverage requires the member to be unable to work for 30 days before coverage begins, and will cease when the member is able to return to usual duties. This product is not insured by NCUA, not underwritten or guaranteed by NCUA, and there is no requirement to purchase as a condition of the loan.
